Presently, we are interviewing for the following positions:

  • Shop/Delivery Technician - An entry-level technical position that involves building new equipment in our Towson, MD location and assisting with/performing delivery and set-up responsibilities.  The successful applicant will have basic electronic troubleshooting skills, basic electromechanical skills and basic computer skills.

 

  • Field Service Representative - An experienced multifunctional copier technician with connectivity experience is required for our further expansion of Baltimore metro area service territories.

Kyocera solutions include award winning document technology for digital printing, color laser printing, scanning, forms creation and electronic document storage.  As a Field Service Representative, you will serve business customers by installing and servicing Kyocera systems and products for a diverse client base of commercial and/or private customers.

 Duties:

·        Installs systems and products by ordering and delivering components; installing equipment; programming systems; completing acceptance tests.

·        Maintains systems and products by responding to problems; conducting tests; diagnosing problems; completing repairs.

·        Maintains records by documenting original system, upgrades, and repairs.

·        Complies with regulations by adhering to codes, specifications, and rules.

·        Keeps installation equipment and vehicle operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; arranging for repairs.

·        Updates job knowledge by completing re-certification; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.

 Skills/Qualifications:

 If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

2+ years of mid- to high-level technical knowledge gained through completion of manufacture training

Ability to manage a territory, inventory and customer relationships

Team player with a positive, winning attitude

Valid driver’s license
