Quality Business Solutions invests quite a lot into their service representatives.  From manufacturer-sponsored training classes and seminars to advanced-learning opportunities, we prepare our technical staff thoroughly.  Over the years, our service representatives have traveled to Dallas, TX for factory training with Kyocera-Mita/Copystar, to New Jersey for factory training with Canon and Sharp, to Boise, ID for factory training with Hewlett Packard, to Chicago, IL for factory training with Oce' - and many other educational destinations!

 

Our service representatives have factory-certified hardware training from Kyocera-Mita/Copystar, Canon/Selex, Ricoh, Lanier, Gestetner, Savin, Panasonic, HP, Duplo, Oce', Sharp and several other manufacturers!  We even have a certified, factory-authorized trainer on staff for Oce', Canon and Hewlett-Packard products!

 

...and all of these certifications don't even do justice to the amount of experience that our service department has!  The AVERAGE experience of all our technical staff is over 14 years!

 

Our computer connectivity and network technicians boast certifications such as A-plus, Net G Digital, Net G Digital Plus, MCSE, Net plus, PRESCRIBE programming and much more!
